Request for Information (RFI) for Consultancy Services for the Review and Enhancement of the Company’s Limit of Authority (LOA) Framework
Introduction
MyDIGITAL Corporation invites qualified and experienced consultants to participate in this Request for Information (RFI) for the provision of advisory and consultancy services to review and revise the Company’s Limit of Authority (LOA) Framework.
This RFI is conducted as part of the Company’s ongoing efforts to strengthen governance, ensure effective segregation of duties, and maintain audit readiness.
Objective
To obtain market input on available expertise, experience, indicative approaches, and high-level cost information to support internal planning and budgeting, and to assess the potential need for any subsequent procurement, if required.
- Review and assessment of an organisation’s existing Limit of Authority (LOA) framework;
- Evaluation of LOA alignment with:
- current operational practices,
- internal policies and procedures, and
- governance and internal control requirements;
- Assessment of authority matrix structures, approval pathways, and segregation of duties across functions;
- Identification of gaps, inconsistencies, or areas for enhancement within the existing LOA;
- Advisory support and proposed approaches for revising and strengthening the LOA to ensure clarity, consistency, and practical implementation; and
- Benchmarking against current governance practices and relevant industry or public-sector standards.
Indicative Scope
Respondents are invited to provide high-level, non-binding indicative fee ranges or budgetary estimates typically associated with LOA review and enhancement engagements of a similar nature.
The cost information is requested solely for internal reference and budgeting purposes and will not be used for evaluation, comparison, selection, or appointment.
This RFI is issued solely for market-sounding and information-gathering purposes and does not constitute a request for quotation or proposal, nor does it create any obligation on the part of MyDIGITAL Corporation to proceed with a subsequent procurement exercise.
Eligibility Criteria
Interested parties must fulfil the following minimum eligibility criteria to participate in this Request for Information (RFI):
- Relevant Experience
Demonstrated experience in governance advisory, internal control design, authority matrix development, and/or review of Limit of Authority frameworks. Experience with government agencies, GLCs, statutory bodies, or regulated organisations will be an added advantage. - Technical and Professional Capability
Proven capability in governance framework assessment, segregation of duties analysis, internal control design, and policy alignment. - Independence and Objectivity
Ability to provide independent and objective advisory services, with no conflict of interest that may impair professional judgement.
