[Procurement Notice] Request for Quotation (RFQ) – Minor Renovation Works and Supply of Office Furniture

Summary Scope of Work:  

The vendor will be responsible for a comprehensive range of services including but not limited to:

1. Demolition Works:
   
   • Creating a larger space to accommodate storage needs and improve operational efficiency.
     
     
2. Drywall Partition:
   
   • Construction and installation of new thick drywall partitions to match the existing workstation, reconfiguring the office space and adding workstations.
     
     
3. Glass Wall Partition:
   
   • Construction and installation of full-height thick clear-tempered glass partitions match the existing workstations, creating an open yet partitioned office layout.
     
     
4. Supply and Install Furniture: (For additional workstations)
   
   1. New workstations to match the existing workstations’ design and layout.
   2. Manager tables that complement the existing workstation setup.
   3. Workstation chairs with fabric seats to match the current staff chairs.
   4. Full height heavy-duty open rack metal shelving to improve office storage.
   5. Drawer pedestals to provide additional storage for staff to match the existing.
   6. A wall-built cabinet for the male and female surau areas for organised storage.
   7. Open shelves with metal brackets in the surau area.
      
      
5. Doors:
   
   1. Frameless glass doors to match existing doors for a uniform look.
   2. Dismantle and reinstall existing laminated flush doors along with lockset frame fittings for secure access.
   3. Full frosted stickers on glass doors to ensure privacy.
      
      
6. Mechanical and Electrical Works:
   • Adjustment of existing ceiling light fittings, wall power sockets, and switches as necessary to accommodate the new office layout and ensure functionality.
