Introduction:
We aim to deliver a more engaging learning experience by introducing gamified content that enhances engagement, improves learning outcomes, and encourages wider participation among Malaysians from diverse backgrounds and digital skill levels.
Key Purposes:
- Boost learner engagement & motivation
Gamification (missions, points, badges) makes learning more interactive and enjoyable, reducing drop-off rates compared to passive content. - Simplify complex digital concepts
Game-based scenarios help learners understand abstract ideas through practical, relatable simulations rather than technical explanations. - Support inclusive & accessible learning
Gamified micro-learning suits:- First-time learners
- Youth and students
- Senior citizens
- Non-technical users
- Promote behaviour change, not just awareness
Interactive challenges encourage learners to apply what they have learned into their daily life. - Future-proof the national digital literacy agenda
moves beyond static content to an experiential learning model, keeping the programme relevant, scalable, and aligned with rapid AI adoption.
Eligibility Criteria
- Company Registration & Legal Status
- Must be a company legally registered in Malaysia (e.g. SSM-registered).
- Must not be blacklisted or suspended by any government agency.
- Relevant Experience
- Demonstrated experience in ed-tech, digital content development, e-learning, microlearning, or interactive/gamified learning solutions.
- Experience in delivering projects related to AI literacy, digital skills, technology education, or public awareness programmes will be an added advantage.
- Prior experience working with government agencies, GLCs, or public-sector initiatives is preferred.
- Technical & Content Capability
- Proven capability to design and develop engaging, user-centric digital learning content, including but not limited to:
- Interactive modules
- Gamified learning content
- Scenario-based or assessment-driven learning
- Ability to translate complex AI concepts into simple, easy-to-understand content suitable for the general public.
- Capability to deliver content that is mobile-friendly and compatible with web-based learning platforms.
- Ability to design content that is inclusive, taking into consideration:
- Multilingual needs (Bahasa Melayu, English, Chinese & Tamil)
- Accessibility for seniors and learners with varying digital literacy levels
- Proven capability to design and develop engaging, user-centric digital learning content, including but not limited to:
- Project Team & Resources
- Team members should possess relevant qualifications and experience in digital content or learning solution development.
- Project Management & Delivery
- Demonstrated ability to deliver projects within the proposed timeline and budget.
- Clear project methodology, milestones, and quality assurance processes.
- Intellectual Property & Compliance
- Must agree that all final deliverables, source files, and intellectual property rights developed under this project shall belong to the Government of Malaysia (or the appointing agency).
- Must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and data protection requirements.
