Government of Malaysia Digitalisation Delivery Partner
Introduction:
MyDIGITAL Corporation is seeking proposals from experienced and qualified organisations to serve as Government of Malaysia Digitalisation Delivery Partner, tasked with supporting and driving Malaysia’s national digitalisation initiative.
Summary Scope of Work:
The delivery partner will be responsible for a comprehensive range of services including but not limited to:
- Strategic Advisory;
- Initiative Implementation;
- Capacity Building;
- Stakeholder Engagement; and
- Monitoring and Evaluation.
Eligibility Criteria: Qualified Organisations Should Have:
- Extensive experience in large-scale digital transformation, particularly in public sector contexts.
- Demonstrated expertise in technology strategy, change management, and capability building.
- A proven ability to lead multi-stakeholder projects with measurable outcomes.
- A dedicated team with relevant experience in public sector digitalisation.
Proposal Submission:
- Interested organisations are invited to submit a comprehensive proposal detailing their approach to project execution, team structure, timeline, deliverables, and financials.

- Proposals must follow the instructions outlined in the RFP documents and include qualifications, relevant experience, a technical project plan, and a detailed budget breakdown.
Deadline:
Proposals must be submitted by 16 December 2024 to the procurement secretariat admin@mydigital.gov.my
Terms and Conditions:
Selected service providers will be invited for a closed tender process based on the proposals submitted. MyDIGITAL Corporation reserves the right to reject any or all registrations or proposals and to negotiate with any service provider.
