Government of Malaysia Digitalisation Delivery Partner
Introduction:
MyDIGITAL Corporation is seeking proposals from experienced and qualified organisations to serve as Government of Malaysia Digitalisation Delivery Partner, tasked with supporting and driving Malaysia’s national digitalisation initiative.
Summary Scope of Work:
The delivery partner will be responsible for a comprehensive range of services including but not limited to:
- Strategic Advisory;
- Initiative Implementation;
- Capacity Building;
- Stakeholder Engagement; and
- Monitoring and Evaluation.
Eligibility Criteria: Qualified Organisations Should Have:
- Extensive experience in large-scale digital transformation, particularly in public sector contexts.
- Demonstrated expertise in technology strategy, change management, and capability building.
- A proven ability to lead multi-stakeholder projects with measurable outcomes.
- A dedicated team with relevant experience in public sector digitalisation.
Proposal Submission:
- To access the RFP documents, organisations may fill out the registration form at https://tinyurl.com/3u95z36e and submit the Non-Disclosure Agreement by 16 December 2024.
Deadlines:
Proposals must be submitted by 31 December 2024 to the procurement secretariat admin@mydigital.gov.my
Registration of interest and submission of the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is by 16 December 2024.
Terms and Conditions:
Selected service providers will be invited for a closed tender process based on the proposals submitted. MyDIGITAL Corporation reserves the right to reject any or all registrations or proposals and to negotiate with any service provider.
