Adoption Programmes 2026.<\/strong><\/p><p>This initiative forms part of NAIO\u2019s Strategic Communications \u2013 Advocacy &amp; Enculturation efforts under the AI Nation 2030 agenda to strengthen AI literacy, promote responsible AI adoption and increase public confidence in AI technologies across different segments of society.<\/p><p>While both programmes form part of NAIO\u2019s advocacy and enculturation efforts, they serve different objectives. Klinik AI: Bantu &amp; Guna focuses on improving AI awareness and accessibility through community engagement and advisory sessions, while AI Niaga Boost focuses on equipping SMEs with practical knowledge and hands-on experience to accelerate AI adoption in business operations.<\/p><p>The appointed EO will be responsible for the planning, coordination, and implementation of four (4) programme sessions comprising:<\/p><ul><li><strong>Two (2) sessions of Klinik AI: Bantu &amp; Guna<\/strong>, a community-focused AI outreach and advisory programme aimed at improving AI awareness, accessibility and understanding among underserved communities, grassroots participants and micro businesses; and<\/li><li><strong>Two (2) sessions of AI Niaga Boost<\/strong>, a capability-building programme focused on practical AI adoption among SMEs through structured workshops and hands-on business application of AI tools.<\/li><\/ul><p>The scope of work includes end-to-end event management, venue coordination, technical and audio-visual support, branding and creative services, participant registration, programme logistics, documentation and reporting, as well as all related operational requirements necessary for the successful delivery of the programmes.<\/p><p>The successful implementation of these programmes is expected to enhance AI literacy, encourage practical AI adoption among communities and businesses, support the development of an inclusive AI ecosystem, and contribute towards the successful implementation of Malaysia\u2019s AI Nation 2030.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f8d5ddb elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"f8d5ddb\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>Summary Scope of Work:<\/strong><\/p><p>The appointed EO shall be responsible for delivering end-to-end event management services for two (2) sessions of <strong>Klinik AI: Bantu &amp; Guna<\/strong> and two (2) sessions of <strong>AI Niaga Boost.<\/strong><\/p><p>The scope of work shall include, but is not limited to, the following:<\/p><ul><li><strong>Project Management &amp; Overall Coordination <\/strong><ul><li>Serve as the main implementing agency for all operational aspects of the programmes.<\/li><li>Develop a comprehensive implementation plan, project timeline and risk mitigation plan.<\/li><li>Coordinate closely with NAIO throughout the planning and implementation stages.<\/li><li>Conduct regular progress meetings and status updates.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><strong>Programme Planning &amp; Coordination<\/strong><ul><li>Develop detailed programme flow and agenda.<\/li><li>Coordinate speakers, facilitators and programme partners.<\/li><li>Manage programme registration and participant engagement.<\/li><li>Prepare contingency plans to address operational and technical issues.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><strong>Venue Management &amp; Logistics<\/strong><ul><li>Source and coordinate suitable venues based on programme requirements.<\/li><li>Manage venue layout, registration areas, workshop spaces and consultation booths.<\/li><li>Coordinate event setup, dismantling and venue reinstatement.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><strong>Technical Production &amp; Audio-Visual (AV) Support<\/strong><ul><li>Provide complete audio-visual equipment and technical support.<\/li><li>Manage LED screens, projectors, sound systems, lighting and internet connectivity where required.<\/li><li>Provide on-site technical personnel throughout programme implementation.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><strong>Event branding &amp; Creative Design<\/strong><ul><li>Develop programme branding and creative materials in accordance with NAIO branding guidelines.<\/li><li>Design, produce and install event collaterals including backdrops, buntings, directional signage, registration counters, participant kits and other event materials.<\/li><li>Ensure all creative materials are reviewed and approved by NAIO prior to production.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><strong>Programme Implementation Support<\/strong><ul><li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><ul><li><strong>Klinik AI: Bantu &amp; Guna<\/strong><ol><li>Coordinate AI consultation and advisory stations.<\/li><li>Facilitate introductory AI demonstrations and awareness activities.<\/li><li>Support community engagement activities focusing on AI awareness and AI safety.<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><\/li><\/ul><ul><li><strong>AI Niaga Boost<\/strong><ol><li>Coordinate SME-focused workshops and hands-on training sessions.<\/li><li>Support practical AI demonstrations and business use case presentations.<\/li><li>Facilitate activities promoting AI adoption to improve business productivity and operational efficiency.<\/li><\/ol><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><strong>Catering &amp; Hospitality<\/strong><ul><li>Coordinate food and beverage arrangements for participants, speakers, facilitators and organising committee members where applicable.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><strong>Photography, Videography &amp;
