drafting instructions, and justification matrices for government review.<\/li><li>Extensive experience in AI governance and emerging technology regulation particularly in public sector contexts, with deep technical and policy expertise in risk-based classification, algorithmic accountability, and international benchmarking.<\/li><li>A multidisciplinary core team with members possessing a minimum of 5\u20137 years of relevant professional experience and a designated Project Director or Team Lead with at least 10\u201315 years of experience in legal-policy design or legislative drafting.<\/li><li>Proven experience in leading multi-stakeholder projects and conducting Regulatory Impact Analysis (RIA) to evaluate the socio-economic effects of proposed statutory frameworks.<\/li><\/ol><p>Demonstrated track record in international benchmarking and comparative legal-policy analysis to ensure alignment with global standards and local requirements.<br \/><br \/><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-08bb923 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"08bb923\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>Proposal Submission:<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Interested organisations are invited to fill out the registration form at\u00a0link <a href=\"https:\/\/forms.gle\/gjx2FNhB1z9wwBg3A\">click here to register<\/a>\u00a0and submit the Non-Disclosure Agreement to the Procurement Secretariat at <strong>admin@mydigital.gov.my<\/strong> with email subject: <strong>&lt;company name&gt;
