Information (RFI) for the provision of advisory and consultancy services to review and revise the Company\u2019s Limit of Authority (LOA) Framework.<\/p><p>This RFI is conducted as part of the Company\u2019s ongoing efforts to strengthen governance, ensure effective segregation of duties, and maintain audit readiness.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div experience, indicative approaches, and high-level cost information to support internal planning and budgeting, and to assess the potential need for any subsequent procurement, if policies and procedures, and<\/li>\n \t<li>governance and internal control requirements;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n \t<li>Assessment of authority matrix structures, approval pathways, and segregation of duties across functions;<\/li>\n \t<li>Identification of gaps, inconsistencies, or areas for enhancement within the existing LOA;<\/li>\n \t<li>Advisory support and proposed approaches for revising and strengthening the LOA to ensure clarity, consistency, and practical implementation; and<\/li>\n \t<li>Benchmarking against current governance practices and relevant industry or public-sector are invited to provide high-level, non-binding indicative fee ranges or budgetary estimates typically associated with LOA review and enhancement engagements of a similar nature.<\/p><p>The cost information is requested solely for internal reference and budgeting purposes and will not be used for evaluation, comparison, selection, or appointment.<\/p><p>This RFI is issued solely for market-sounding and information-gathering purposes and does not constitute a request for quotation or proposal, nor does it create any obligation on the part of MyDIGITAL Corporation to proceed with a Experience<\/strong><br \/>Demonstrated experience in governance advisory, internal control design, authority matrix development, and\/or review of Limit of Authority frameworks.
