Criteria\u00a0<\/b><\/p><ol><li><b>Company Registration &amp; Legal Status<\/b><ul><li>Must be a company legally registered in Malaysia (e.g. SSM-registered).<\/li><li>Must not be blacklisted or suspended by any government agency.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><b>Relevant Experience<\/b><ul><li>Demonstrated experience in ed-tech, digital content development, e-learning, microlearning, or interactive\/gamified learning solutions.<\/li><li>Experience in delivering projects related to AI literacy, digital skills, technology education, or public awareness programmes will be an added advantage.<\/li><li>Prior experience working with government agencies, GLCs, or public-sector initiatives is preferred.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><b>Technical &amp; Content Capability<\/b><ol><li>Proven capability to design and develop engaging, user-centric digital learning content, including but not limited to:<br \/><ol type=\"a\"><li>Interactive modules<\/li><li>Gamified learning content<\/li><li>Scenario-based or assessment-driven learning<\/li><li>Ability to translate complex AI concepts into simple, easy-to-understand content suitable for the general public.<\/li><li>Capability to deliver content that is mobile-friendly and compatible with web-based learning platforms.<\/li><li>Ability to design content that is inclusive, taking into consideration:<br \/><ol type=\"i\"><li>Multilingual needs (Bahasa Melayu, English, Chinese &amp; Tamil)<\/li><li>Accessibility for seniors and learners with varying digital literacy levels<\/li><\/ol><\/li><\/ol><\/li><\/ol><\/li><li><b>Project Team &amp; Resources<\/b><ul><li>Team members should possess relevant qualifications and experience in digital content or learning solution development.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><b>Project Management &amp; Delivery<\/b><ul><li>Demonstrated ability to deliver projects within the proposed timeline and budget.<\/li><li>Clear project
