renovation works and supply of office furniture. This RFQ aims to identify capable vendors who can deliver quality services in line with our office expansion and improvement needs.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-84f13ac e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-child\" data-id=\"84f13ac\" data-element_type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2a7e3f9 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"2a7e3f9\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>Summary Scope of Work:\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/p><p>The vendor will be responsible for a comprehensive range of services including but not limited to:<\/p><ol><li><strong>Demolition Works:<br \/><\/strong><ul><li>Creating a larger space to accommodate storage needs and improve operational efficiency.<br \/><br \/><\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><strong>Drywall Partition:<br \/><\/strong><ul><li>Construction and installation of new thick drywall partitions to match the existing workstation, reconfiguring the office space and adding workstations.<br \/><br \/><\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><strong>Glass Wall Partition:<br \/><\/strong><ul><li>Construction and installation of full-height thick clear-tempered glass partitions match the existing workstations, creating an open yet partitioned office layout.<br \/><br \/><\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><strong>Supply and Install Furniture: (For additional workstations)<\/strong><br \/><ol style=\"list-style-type: lower-roman;\"><li>New workstations to match the existing workstations\u2019 design and layout.<\/li><li>Manager tables that complement the existing workstation setup.<\/li><li>Workstation chairs with fabric seats to match the current staff chairs.<\/li><li>Full height heavy-duty open rack metal shelving to improve office storage.<\/li><li>Drawer pedestals to provide additional storage for staff to match the existing.<\/li><li>A wall-built cabinet for the male and female surau areas for organised storage.<\/li><li>Open shelves with metal brackets in the surau area.<br \/><br \/><\/li><\/ol><\/li><li><strong>Doors:<\/strong><br \/><ol style=\"list-style-type: lower-roman;\"><li>Frameless glass doors to match existing doors for a uniform look.<\/li><li>Dismantle and reinstall existing laminated flush doors along with lockset frame fittings for secure access.<\/li><li>Full frosted stickers on glass doors to ensure privacy.<br \/><br \/><\/li><\/ol><\/li><li><strong>Mechanical and Electrical Works:<\/strong><ul><li>Adjustment of existing ceiling light fittings, wall power sockets, and switches as necessary to accommodate the new office layout and ensure functionality.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1b78f9c elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"1b78f9c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>Eligibility Criteria<\/strong><\/p><p>To be qualified, the vendor should have:<\/p><ol><li><strong>Company Registration<\/strong><br \/>Must be a legally registered company under the relevant authorities (e.g., SSM or equivalent) with valid business registration certificates.<br \/><br \/><\/li><li><strong>Relevant Experience<\/strong><br \/>Demonstrated experience in providing renovation works and the supply of office furniture for commercial or government premises.
