the performance and progress of the National Fourth Industrial Revolution (4IR) Policy (N4IRP) and Malaysia Digital Economy Blueprint (MDEB) from 2021 to 2025. This evaluation will inform a strategic framework and action plans for the next implementation phase (2026\u20132030), as part of <strong>Midterm Review of National 4IR Policy (N4IRP) and Malaysia Digital Economy Blueprint (MDEB), 2021\u20132030<\/strong>.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-84f13ac e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-child\" data-id=\"84f13ac\" data-element_type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2a7e3f9 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"2a7e3f9\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>Summary Scope of Work:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>The selected organisation will be responsible for a comprehensive range of services for <strong>Midterm Review of National 4IR Policy and Malaysia Digital Economy Blueprint, 2021-2030<\/strong> including, but not limited to:<\/p>\n<ol>\n \t<li>To evaluate the performance of National 4IR Policy and Malaysia Digital Economy Blueprint for Phase 1 and 2 (implementation period from 2021 to 2025). The analysis includes performance, current progress, target growth and the gaps, which will inform a strategic framework and action plans for the next implementation phase (2026\u20132030).<\/li>\n\t<br>\n \t<li>To engage with public and private sector stakeholders and design a framework and implementation plan to support the people-public-private partnership, to grow the contribution of the digital economy to GDP (or any relevant macroeconomic and non-macroeconomic target growth).<\/li>\n\t<br>\n \t<li>To design a strategic framework \/ map and action plans for Phase 3 implementation (2026-2030) and beyond.
