develop, and implement the MyDIGITAL National Dashboard, a centralised platform to monitor and manage the nation\u2019s digital transformation and 4IR initiatives. The selected vendor will be responsible for integrating data from various digital and 4IR projects, ensuring real-time tracking, providing robust data visualisation, and ensuring security and compliance with national standards. This platform will play a crucial role in enhancing transparency, decision-making, and coordination across digital initiatives, contributing to the success of Malaysia\u2019s digital economy.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-84f13ac e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-child\" data-id=\"84f13ac\" data-element_type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2a7e3f9 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"2a7e3f9\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>Summary Scope of Work:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n  <li><strong>Dashboard Purpose<\/strong>\n<p>Develop a centralised platform to monitor Malaysia&#8217;s digital transformation and 4IR initiatives, incorporating real-time tracking, transparency, and decision-making tools while enabling comprehensive milestone monitoring across ministries and agencies to underscore the project&#8217;s scale and significance.<\/p><\/li>\n\n\n\n  <li><strong>Platform Requirements<\/strong>\n\n<p>Use an off-the-shelf or alternative scalable platform transferable for full management by MyDIGITAL Corporation, accommodating future data growth and functionalities. Dashboard in English with option for Bahasa Melayu.<\/p><\/li>\n\t\n<li><strong>Core Functions (not limited to):<\/strong>\n\t<ol type=\"i\">\n\t\t<li> Real-time monitoring of project milestones against timelines and budgets;<\/li>\n\t\t<li>Visualisation of aggregated data for policy-making and stakeholder engagement; and<\/li>\n\t\t<li>Data analytics capabilities, including predictive and prescriptive analytics.<\/li>\n\t<\/ol>\n\t\n  <\/li>\t\n\n  <p><\/p>\n  \n\n  <li><strong>Key Deliverables:<\/strong>\n\t<ol type=\"i\">\n\t  <li>Minimum Viable Product (MVP) with prioritised features.<\/li>\n  <li>High-fidelity UI\/UX designs aligned with usability and accessibility principles.<\/li>\n\t  <li>Fully developed and tested front-end and back-end systems.<\/li>\n    <\/ol>\n  <\/li>\n\t <p><\/p>\n  <li><strong>Data Integration<\/strong>\n\t<p>Ensure seamless aggregation of data from diverse sources, with robust pipelines for real-time updates and compatibility across formats. This includes data of projects\/initiatives completed before the development of the dashboard.<\/p>\n  <\/li>\n\t\n  <li><strong>Security and Compliance<\/strong>\n\t<p>Adhere to Malaysian data protection laws and national cybersecurity protocols to ensure data privacy and system integrity.<\/p>\n  <\/li>\t\n\n<li><strong>Testing and Deployment<\/strong>\n\t<p>Conduct performance, integration, and user acceptance testing. Deploy the system in a live environment with user training within 16 months.<\/p><\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Post-Deployment Maintenance:<\/strong>\n\t<ol type=\"i\"><li>Regular performance monitoring and organisation has been in the business for at least 5 years.<\/li><li>The organisations is able to produce last 3 years audited financial statements that will demonstrate financial stability, reliability, and credibility, supported by references from previous clients or partners.<\/li><li>Key personnel proposed to have a minimum of 5 years experience in creative and brand services or relevant areas.<\/li><li>The organisation has a good track record in delivering tangible results in areas required.<\/li><li>The organisation has a proven ability to lead multi-stakeholder projects with measurable outcomes.<\/li><li>The organisation must have a proven track record in developing large-scale, centralised dashboards with successful implementations of data integration and visualisation, preferably for government agencies or large enterprises.<\/li><li>The organisations should demonstrate expertise in tailoring off-the-shelf platforms, creating scalable dashboard solutions, and leveraging advanced visualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar technologies.<\/li><li>The organisation must be well-versed in Malaysian data protection laws, including the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), and capable of implementing robust security measures such as encryption and role-based access controls.<\/li><li>The organisation should have a skilled and dedicated team with expertise in platform development, data integration, security, and the ability to provide ongoing support and maintenance.<\/li><li>The developed platform must be fully transferable for management by MyDIGITAL Corporation or its designated parties, with intellectual property rights assigned exclusively to MyDIGITAL Corporation.<\/li><li>The organisation should have the ability to deliver innovative and strategic solutions, including tools for generating one-page initiative summaries and other advanced reporting features.<\/li><li>The organisations must have the capacity to adhere to strict deadlines, ensuring timely delivery of all project phases, including development, testing, and handover.<\/li><li>Organisations with strong partnerships or collaborations with industry and technology leaders to deliver cutting-edge solutions are encouraged to participate in this RFP
